Nano-Silver Antibacterial Systems
Nano silver is widely recognized for its antibacterial and antimicrobial properties and is used in industrial applications where hygiene, contamination control, and surface durability are essential. At the nano scale, silver provides high surface activity and controlled ion release, enabling long-term suppression of microbial growth on exposed surfaces.
In AlTech’s special coating systems, nano silver is used as a functional nano filler rather than a conventional additive. When integrated into resin matrices, nano silver becomes part of the coating structure, allowing antibacterial functionality to be distributed uniformly across the surface while maintaining mechanical strength and environmental resistance.
Our nano-silver coatings are developed using epoxy, polyurethane, polyol-based, and hybrid resin systems. Controlled dispersion techniques are applied to ensure stable distribution of nano silver particles, minimizing agglomeration, and supporting consistent antibacterial performance throughout the coating’s service life.
