Nano-Graphite Reinforced Systems
Nano graphite is widely used in advanced industrial applications due to its unique combination of mechanical reinforcement, lubricating behavior, electrical conductivity, and chemical stability. At the nano scale, graphite provides a high aspect ratio and layered structure, enabling improved load distribution, reduced friction, and enhanced resistance to wear and environmental stress.

In AlTech’s special coating systems, nano graphite is used as a functional nano filler integrated directly into the coating matrix. Our nano-graphite reinforced coatings are formulated using epoxy, polyurethane, polyol-based, bitumen-modified, and hybrid resin systems. Controlled dispersion methods are applied to ensure uniform distribution of nano graphite within the resin, preventing agglomeration and maintaining stable rheology and coating performance.
